T. JONATHON TURNER, President/Chief Operations Officer, Executive Committee Member, co-founded Castleberry Financial Services Group, LLC with Norman M. Strell, Chief Executive Officer/Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Turner’s principal duties include overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations, fiscal function and overall performance. Mr. Turner’s responsibilities include operations, leading business and corporate development, wealth management, and directing strategic growth initiatives.

Mr. Turner holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Emory University as well as a Juris Doctorate-Magna Cum Laude from William Howard Taft University. Mr. Turner is a serial entrepreneur with over 27 years of experience in both the legal and financial professions, including executive leadership. Mr. Turner has worked with the well-known Hunt Brothers, Xerox, and numerous small entrepreneurs over the years.

Mr. Turner has been involved in the purchase, operation and sale of more than 300 businesses from start-up to multi-million dollar companies.

Mr. Turner takes a vision and makes it reality through sound strategy development. He intuitively sees the threads of opportunity that wind through an organization, brings them together as a coherent whole, helps others extend their thinking, and drives material business advantage. He is an inspirational leader who tells stories that inspire action while at the same time is grounded in financial information that levers the business. He is respected as a credible voice in decision-making, finding strategic investors, and establishing
governance boundaries.

Previously, Mr. Turner was Chief Executive Officer and President of Financial Services of Palm Beach (Palm Beach FL) and TGK Financial Services (Miami FL) and headed Mergers & Acquisitions at American Financial Services (NY).
