In order to confirm that you meet the requirements to be an accredited investor (in accordance with Rule 501(a) of Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended) you must be able to check one of the following:
Investor is a natural person who has individual net worth, or joint net worth with his/her spouse, that exceeds $1 million

Investor is a trust with assets in excess of $5 million, not formed for the specific purpose of acquiring the securities offered, whose purchases are directed by a “sophisticated person” as defined under Rule 506 of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
Investor is a private business development company as defined in Section 202 of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended.
