In order to confirm that you meet the requirements to be an accredited investor (in accordance with Rule 501(a) of Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended) you must be able to check one of the following:
Investor is a natural person who has individual net worth, or joint net worth with his/her spouse, that exceeds $1 million
Investor is a natural person with income exceeding $200,000 in each of the two most recent years or joint income with his/her spouse exceeding $300,000 in each of those years and a reasonable expectation of the same income level in the current year.

Investor is an employee benefit plan, within the meaning of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, with total assets in excess of $5 million, and a bank, savings and loan association, insurance company, or registered investment adviser makes the investment decision.
Investor is a corporation, business trust, or partnership, not formed for the specific purpose of acquiring the securities offered, with total assets exceeding $5 million.
Investor is a trust with assets in excess of $5 million, not formed for the specific purpose of acquiring the securities offered, whose purchases are directed by a “sophisticated person” as defined under Rule 506 of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
Investor is a private business development company as defined in Section 202 of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended.
